CORTEZADA is a white wine made from the most emblematic white grape varieties of Galicia: Godello, Albariño, and Treixadura. The grape must ferments in stainless steel without lees work or wood contact, allowing it to improve inside the bottle. It has a bright yellow straw color and a dense appearance, which makes it very attractive. The aroma is particularly expressive, with hints of aniseed, stone fruits like apricot, tropical notes of passion fruit, and a touch of citrus. Over time, the Treixadura grape may contribute waxy notes. On the palate, it has a strong initial impression that gradually becomes softer and rounder, leading to a long and vibrant aftertaste.
