Made with Godello grapes fermented in stainless steel, without lees or wood, which makes it a fresh cut wine with a marked Galician white character. Visually pale yellow, predominantly white fruit (green apple, pear lemon), freshly cut hay background and very subtle vegetable notes. The attack in the mouth is acidic, however it offers a more dense than expected passage on the nose and culminates with the characteristic bitterness of the variety.
