CORTEZADA is a parcel wine where the most emblematic white castes of Galicia grow: Godello, Albariño and Treixadura. The must ferments in stainless steel without lees work or wood supply, but it does not lack the capacity for improvement inside the bottle. Its bright yellow straw color and its density make this wine attractive, however, it is on the nose where better expressed. From the aniseed to the obvious stone fruit (apricot) or tropical notes (passion fruit), it has certain citrus notes and the waxes provided by the Treixadura may appear over time. In the palate, it has an intense entry that slowly gets softer and rounded on the passage and a long and vibrant aftertaste.
