Like ALGUEIRA AMARAL, our ALGUEIRA CASTAGAIA arises from the production separately of the varieties that make up ALGUEIRA FINCAS. In this case, the whole bunches of Sousón crushed on foot ferment with the bark to mature it for about 18 months in chestnut and French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters.
