One of the winery's special wines is the result of an exceptional vintage (2015) and is a tribute to the "matriarch" of the winery, Ana. Made with Treixadura fermented in steel and Godello in cold prefermentative film maceration with a later barrel fermentation with battonage work. It is bottled without tartaric stabilization. We have before us a wine of golden yellow color with green border that needs oxygenation to show the ripe aromas of pear and stone fruit. They appear in agitated aniseed glass and the pastry provided by the work with the lees together with a subtle note of beeswax, characteristic of the Treixadura. The palate is a broad and unctuous wine, with a delicate bitter finish that gives us a wine with a very long aftertaste.
